  • REFUND POLICY

    Domestic Returns (United States)

    • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    • A full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be issued in the original form of payment, within 14 days of receiving your return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • To start a return, please contact us at info@corbyandholbrook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: CORBY HOLBROOK - P.O. Box 321, Delaware Water Gap, PA. 18327
    • Please include your order number on your request for a return as well as the reason for the return.
    • Once you initiate a return, a shipping label will be emailed to you. This will be cheaper than paying for shipping on your own, but ultimately it is up to you. We are happy to extend our shipping discounts to you. This discounted shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • Upon receipt of your return, we aim to inspect and process your refund within 48hrs.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Including EU Customers)

    For orders shipped outside the United States, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to accommodate longer international shipping times.

    EU Customer Rights: If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. We extend this to 30 days for your convenience.

      • Your items must meet the same conditions as domestic returns (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging- (garment bag), if possible the mailer as well (brown paper mailer)

      • You are responsible for return shipping costs but we are happy to extend our shipping discounts to you by emailing you a return shipping label and deducting that cost from your refund. Please note that international return shipping costs are significantly higher than domestic shipping (typically $30-$100+ depending on your location and package size). Ultimately it is up to you how you obtain your return shipping label, we just thought we'd try and save you some money.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you are purchasing your own return shipping label.

     

  • Important Notes for International Returns:

    • Duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable once your order has been fulfilled
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Refund processing time may vary depending on your location and payment method
    • We aim to inspect your return and process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notifying you that we have processed your return for refund. 

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less the cost of shipping), within 10 business days.
